Standard Shipping and Processing
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within five business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are delivered by UPS or USPS at our regular shipping and processing fees, with an additional charge of $15. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. For customers wishing to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, please call Customer Service at 888.615.4700. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
Items shipped to Hawaii are delivered by UPS at our regular shipping and processing fees, with an additional charge of $15.

- Rush 48 States: add $15 . Allow 2 business days for arrival
- Alaska and Hawaii: add $15 . Allow 5 business days for arrival
- U.S. Territories*: add $15. Allow 10-15 business days for arrival
*The regular shipping and processing charges stated on the Delivery and Processing Charges Chart cover Parcel Post Delivery. These charges do not include Surcharges that may apply to some items or Rush Charges.

Sales Tax
Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to the states of Kansas and Missouri.

Rush Delivery and Processing
For an extra charge of $15 per address, within the contiguous 48 states, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. If we receive your order by 3 pm CST Monday through Thursday, you'll receive your purchase within two business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. Note: Rush service is not available for some oversize items, or out of stock items.

We only carry the highest quality of merchandise at Nell Hill's online, so we are confident your order will meet or exceed your expectations. But if you want to return your order, here's what to do:
- We cannot accept returns on Mary Carol Artisan Paints or paint products.
- With the exception of Mary Carol Artisan Paints, Nell Hill's will accept merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 14 days of receipt of purchase and will issue a credit or refund at the time of return, but only with a valid receipt. (A valid receipt is an original sales receipt or packing slip.)
- Return of merchandise purchased through our web site will be accepted by mail or in person at any Nell Hill's store.
- Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value.
To return an item by mail:
- Enclose a copy of the packing slip.
- Repack product in original shipping materials.
- Insure the package.
- Mail it to the address on the shipping label found in this envelope.

Refunds are processed several times per week. Generally the refund will be returned to the original credit card used, by check, or by PayPal as applicable, and will appear on your card 1-2 days after the credit is processed.
